I am a certified coach with more than thirty years of experience supporting individuals, families, groups, and communities. My approach is holistic. I consider the whole person and their life as a whole, always with the focus of supporting each individual on their journey towards optimal health, wellbeing—and reaching their goals.
Specialty areas include but aren’t limited to: anxiety reduction, stress reduction, diet and nutrition education and changes, lifestyle changes.
I provide holistic life coaching for individuals with MCAS, long COVID, sensitivity to multiple chemicals, chronic fatigue, and other mast cell activation related issues and disorders. Supports include but aren’t limited to: strategies and insights to help manage symptoms, lifestyle changes; education, understanding nutrition through the mast cell lens, and more.
I am also a creative arts life coach. Working one-on-one with clients, I focus on each person’s stated goals while exploring the creative arts and creative arts strategies in meeting those goals. The arts can be: your anchor; your route to calm, peace, and insight; your authentic voice.
