Remember: CELACare must receive this completed form in order to start the final review process. Digital certificates are issued only after CELACare completes its final review to make sure all program requirements have been successfully met. The review process typically is completed within10 business days after receipt of the Notification of Completion form. Certificates are then emailed to qualifying students.
