  • Each MOD has a combination of learning tasks that can include reading assignments, website explorations, and video watching assignments. There is an online quiz at the end of each MOD. All MODs are online and the work is submitted online.
  • Each MOD has its own ‘Learning Guide” that provides the specific information you will need in order to complete the work of each MOD. Make sure you read each MOD’s “Learning Guide” at the very beginning of the MOD. The “Learning Guide” contains the learning tasks and information for the MOD including videos to watch, websites to visit, and Supplemental Reading.
  • Students are to complete the MODs in numerical order according to the MOD number (for example, start with MOD 1 and then, when you’ve completed the learning tasks of MOD 1 and successfully passed the MOD 1 quiz, go on to MOD 2, and so on.
  • At the end of each MOD, students must take a quiz that covers that MOD’s learning and learning tasks. Each quiz must be passed with a minimum score of 80%.
  • There is a final exam that students must take after they have successfully completed the learning tasks of all MODs and passed all of the MODs’ quizzes with a minimum score of 80%. Should a student experience an unexpected life situation (such as a death, computer breaking, health issue, personal or family emergency), they can request an extension for their program completion date.

Requests for extensions are evaluated on an individual basis. Please contact CELACare with any questions you may have or to request an extension by email: certificates@ccehinc.us
