Payment Plan Options

CELACare Eco-Health, Inc. offers three individualized payment options:

Payment Plan A
$21 per month for a maximum of six months/six payments

Payment Plan B
$42 per month for a maximum of three months/three payments

.

Payment Plan C
$63 per month for a maximum of two months/two payments

.

Please note: there is a $1 courtesey fee charged for selecting a payment plan. The fee is divided and is a total of $1 (not $1 per payment.)

Payment Policy & Making your Payments

Refund Policy

Time of withdrawal and percent of payment refunded:

• Within first 3 days after registration – 100% of amount of payment that was made is refunded

• Within first 3 days after second payment – 75% of second payment amount only is refunded

• Within first 3 days after third payment – 50% of third payment is payment refunded

• No further refunds provided

Time Limits for Payment Plans

Participants, once they have registered successfully, have six months within which to complete their certificate program. Participants who have selected a Payment Plan option have six months from their date of successful registration to pay their program cost in full as per the Payment Plan details that they selected on their registration form.

Receiving Certificates

Payment in full must be made successfully to CELACare Eco-Health, Inc. in order to receive your certificate. Once payment in full has been received by CELACare, certificates will be emailed to qualifying participants.
